This detailed PowerPoint (32 slides) is designed to serve as a high school level study guide or instructional material for C.S. Lewis' The Four Loves. The PowerPoint breaks down each chapter of the book into its key ideas. I have also written significant notes for each slide, which teachers can use in their own presentations, or perhaps use as a springboard for class discussions. Feel free to download the sample file to get an idea of what each slide contains.
The PowerPoint includes the following:
- 4 or 5 key ideas from each chapter, each of which is elaborated upon in its own slide
- Notes, accompanying each slide, which provide a summary of the corresponding idea and raise points for possible class discussion
- A slide giving a brief biography of C.S. Lewis
(Note: the download also includes a PDF version of the PowerPoint. I personally recommend giving the PDF to students as a study guide, as it is easier to scroll through on a phone.)
