This detailed PowerPoint (39 slides) is designed to serve as a high school level study guide or instructional material for C.S. Lewis' Mere Christianity. All 33 chapters of the full book are covered by this PowerPoint. I have also written notes for each slide, which teachers can use in their own presentations, or perhaps use as a springboard for class discussions. Feel free to download the sample file (4 slides) to get an idea of what each slide contains.
The PowerPoint includes the following:
- An overview of each chapter, along with key points and key terms for students to focus on in their reading.
- Notes, accompanying each slide, which provide a summary of the corresponding chapter and raise points for possible class discussion.
- A slide giving a brief biography of C.S. Lewis
(Note: the download also includes a PDF version of the PowerPoint. I personally recommend giving the PDF to students as a study guide, as it is easier to scroll through on a phone.)
