These files are designed to help students understand the Latin prefixes, suffixes, and root words that help form English words. Each google sheets file can be used either as a printable handout or as a digital resource for students. There are 8 files, and each file contains the following:
 
-5 Latin elements (prefixes, suffixes, or roots) and their meanings
-10 vocabulary words that use the elements (2 words for each element)
-The part of speech for each vocabulary word
-A space for students to write a definition for each vocabulary word. (Teachers may choose to have students write their own definition, or simply find the true definition in a dictionary.)
